Bordeaux Winemaker’s Dinner
Wednesday November 14th at 7PM
Savour the wines of the most esteemed vineyards in the world! Bordeaux is arguably the most prestigious wine and we are going to be tasting four of them paired with Chef Dominique’s delectable food. As you may be aware, Bordeaux wines are developed from the grapes that have made Napa Valley famous, Cabernet and Merlot. To assist us in this experience, joining me, your host and co-proprietor, Sandy Pogue, is Guillaume Clarke, French Export Manager for Frederick Wildman Imports, one of the largest importers of French wines.
Reservations are required. $75 per person. Please call the Bistro 518-786-8272 to make your reservation.
