When it’s cold outside, warm up with us at the Epicurean!
Chef Claire has created a wonderful comfort food menu for these cold wintery days and nights. Start with a classic winter warmer, Gratinée d’Oignons: apple cider onion soup gratinée, now available in a gluten free option. For some richer fare, try the new Ragout de Patte de Chochon – a family heirloom recipe of slow-braised Berkshire pork trotter, pork meatballs & steamed vegetables, or the Osso Bucco de Cerf, elk shank braised in onions, carrots and leeks in red wine with seasonal vegetables.
