Chef Claire has created a delightful spring seasonal menus. Begin with the OYSTERS, MIGNONETTE or GRILLED BABY OCTOPUS to delight your taste buds, or perhaps one of our many SMALL PLATES such as the MARINATED MUSHROOMS or TAPENADE.
Try the new GNOCCHI À LA PARISIENNE with seasonal veggies and herbs for a starter, or the CREVETTES, COULIS D’AVOCAT, grilled marinated shrimps, diced tomatoes & avocado coulis.
You must try Chef Claire’s signature dish, SAUMON, SAUCE À L’ORANGE – Wild caught Atlantic salmon with julienne of red pepper and carrots with orange butter sauce, asparagus & mashed potatoes
